Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using PostNL

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please see delivery times and prices at checkout.

Time may vary due to customs.
Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

Charlie Dean Bridal is not liable for any delays with packages once they have been sent, or parcels which are lost in the post.

Return & Exchange Policy

All made to measure items are custom made to your sizes, specifications and/or preferences and thus cannot be returned.

Make sure to read the product description carefully to avoid any disappointments, if you have any questions about a specific garment please contact us trough the contract form. We’ll try to reply as fast as possible to help you out!

When you decide to return a non custom made item, send us an email with your order number and the garment you want to return.

Please allow up to 3 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your item. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of return approval.

To be eligible for return your item must meet the below criteria:

- Unworn

- Original packaging

- No makeup marks

- No pet hair

- Unscented

- No sign at all that items have been used for photo shoots

Please package carefully to ensure no damage can be caused in transit. Please try items on with care. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your cost.

Refunds

Please allow 7 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

All dresses are either one of a kind or made to size. As such we are not able to offer exchanges for different sizes.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed due to fees charged by payment providers which are non-refundable.
